5. CHANGES TO OUR SITE
We may update our Site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our Site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

Our Site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our Site, or any content on it, will always be available or that access to it will be uninterrupted. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. Although SST Group makes reasonable efforts to update the information on our Site, SST Group makes no representation, warranty or guarantee, whether express or implied, that the content on this Site is or will remain accurate, complete or up-to-date; and SST Group disclaims all responsibility and liability for the accuracy of any such information and the performance of any third party. We strongly recommend that you make your own enquiries and (e.g.) obtain references from other customers before placing any specific business with any commercial entity that is mentioned on this website; put another way, it is your responsibility to obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our Site.
10. LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION OF OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these ToU excludes or limits: (i) the SST Companies' liability (a) for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or (b) arising from our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (ii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
To the extent permitted by law, SST Group excludes all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to this Site or any content on it, whether express or implied.
No person or entity included in the SST Group will be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with any of the following:
- use of, or inability to use, this Site; or
- use of or reliance on any content displayed on this Site.
Further, if you are a business user, please note that in particular, no person or entity included in the SST Group will be liable for any:
- loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
- business interruption;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
- indirect or consequential loss or damage.
If you are a consumer user, please note that we only provide our site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our Site for any commercial or business purposes, and no person or entity included in the SST Group has any liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
No person or entity included in the SST Group assumes any responsibility for the content of websites linked on or through our Site. No such link should be interpreted as an endorsement by us of any linked website, and no such person or entity will be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of any linked website.
If at any time we begin to engage in or offer the supply of any goods to you, then different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of such supplies of goods, which will be set out in our relevant Terms and conditions of supply. However, as of the last revision of these ToU (shown below), we do not currently engage in any such supplies of goods to Site users.
11. UPLOADING CONTENT TO OUR SITE
The following provisions of this section only apply in the event that you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our Site, or to make contact with other users of our Site. As of the last revision date for these ToU stated below, there was no such feature on our Site allowing you to upload content to our Site, or to make contact with other users of our Site.
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our Site, or to make contact with other users of our Site, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
You warrant that any such contribution complies with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.
If you are a consumer user, this means you will be responsible for any loss or damage which we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.
Any content which you upload to our Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant us and other users of our Site a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties.

You must not attack our Site via any denial-of-service attack or distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. It is our policy to report any such breach of which we become aware to the relevant law enforcement authorities and to co-operate with those authorities, including by disclosing to them the identity of suspected attackers. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately.

The listing of any firm or company providing goods or services does not mean that it is recommended by SST Group; moreover, other providers exist.
None of the links on our Site to third party sites or resources constitutes any endorsement or approval by SST Group of any product, service or opinion of any other party (i.e., corporation, organisation or individual).
SST Group bears no responsibility for the accuracy, legality or content of any external site or for that of any subsequent links.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SST Group disclaims all such responsibility and liability.

The SST Companies shall be free:
a) to exploit or implement any suggestion received concerning possible improvements or enhancements to the operation of the SST block generally (including without limitation the content or design of this Site), without liability to make any payment therefor;
and
b) to decide whether or not, and if so how and to what extent, to implement any such suggestion received.
17. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
For the sake of clarity, in this Applicable Law and Jurisdiction section, the term ToU is intended to cover not just these Terms of Use but also the provisions of the SST Companies' Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Details statement and Privacy Policy, in each case as displayed elsewhere on this Site.
If you are a consumer, please note that these ToU, their subject matter and formation are all governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these ToU, their subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual dispute or claim) are all governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
